The road for the development of renewable energies in Italy, despite the much proclaimed simplifications, is once again going uphill.

The Mite has in fact recently updated the requirements for presenting the application.

In addition to the landscape report, the preventive verification of archaeological interest (VIARC) will also be required. This certification requires that, for the opening of a construction site, it is necessary to carry out archaeological excavations supervised by representatives appointed by the Ministry of Culture.
